Which class is my child booked into?

Please understand that the beginning and end of terms are extremely busy for our coaches. We cannot respond to emails, texts, Facebook messages and phone calls asking for reminders of class times. All the information is easily accessible by logging into your Easy Payments Plus account, a receipt is also emailed to you, please search your inbox, this will give you the class time. The only change is if you have an agreement by email from a coach to change the time from the time on your email

 

Move up a level – general information 

All gymnasts are assessed during classes on a continual basis, if a class coach believes a gymnast has the potential to move up, it is discussed with the senior coach for the discipline and the head coach – they will then contact the parent to discuss the potential to move up and the proposed new class times

How do I change my email on my easy payments account?

• Log into your account using your existing details.
• Select ‘my account ‘
• Update the Login Email Address with the new email
• You must also update the email address for each gymnast associated with the account
• Click on ‘list of names’
• Select the gymnasts name
• A new ‘Update Selected Details’ screen will appear – update the email address associated with the gymnasts
• Please ensure allow email is selected or you will not receive club emails as they are sent from the easy payments system

How do I join your club?

We no longer operate a waiting list. Spaces for new members will be advertised on our instagram page and  on our payment system which can be accessed from this website

How much does it cost?

The annual membership fee is €80 for recreational members and . €95 for competitive members. This covers Cobra membership, affiliation to Gymnastics Ireland and insurance. This fee covers you from September-August and must be paid in full irrespective of when you join in the year. The term fee varies depending on what class(es) you are doing. For example, a 50 minute recreational class costs €66 for a 2 month term.
